Our inherent definitions of success lie rooted within the morals of ancient narratives, such as those of Greek mythology. These narratives, however, convey lessons through actions to avoid instead of behaviors to emulate. Moving towards the future it becomes quite difficult, particularly for the developing adolescent mind, to construct a path of success based on the measures one should not take. In naturally or psychologically altering Greek narratives to construct more positive outcomes, the path to success is repaved.
